Here are the basic prices, depending on the complexity of the work there may be additional costs.ArtistI have the right to retain all copyright in my work, which includes, but is not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for self-promotion unless otherwise noted.I will accept your request not to publish your commission if you ask me to do so. Be sure to ask me about it.My prices may vary depending on the complexity of the work. (All details are discussed directly with the client).I reserve the right to reject your commission offer without question.ClientYou have the right to upload work made for you to your website or social media, as long as it contains a link to me: @ferrochka (Twitter(X)). You can specify any of the provided social networks that are listed in my profile.You have the right to use the work you purchase for any non-commercial use, all rights to your characters are yours alone.You may not earn income in any form or manner through the work you commission from me. You may also not impersonate my work as your own or resell it.You are expressly forbidden to edit, frame or copy works commissioned from me. You may not use my work for NFT or AI technology. If you are unsure if anything or anyone qualifies as commercial use, please email me and I will tell you all about it.✧ REVISIONS ✧
Commissions are done on a first-come, first-served basis.I am sending you a color sketch for your approval. You must approve this step before I proceed to the next step. If you would like to make edits, please ask me about it at the approval stage, you have 3 free non-exceptional corrections, there will be an additional charge for subsequent corrections.Substantial edits include: total pose, outfit, and environment changes (if there is a background or any additional elements not associated with the png illustration)Minor edits include: minor pose corrections, changes in emotion, hand positions, lighting corrections, and the addition of minor accessories.Any errors on my part will be corrected at no charge.✧ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY ✧
It can take anywhere from two weeks to one month to complete the job.

If you wish to use my work for commercial purposes, you must discuss this with me in advance.If you decide to use my work for commercial purposes, I reserve the right to charge a one-time fee of +100% (double the total price of the work) for any use, including but not limited to these terms:
commercial use for creation/streaming/marketing, which includes: Twitch/Youtube banner profile image, Timeline, thumbnails, etc.I charge a one-time fee of +200% of the total cost for merchandise design.

Commissions for personal use only✧ INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain the rights to all created works (including commercial works), I can add finished works to my portfolio or post on social media (with credits) If you do not want any work to be made publicly available, let me know.I am not responsible for characters that are not owned by the customer, but he wants to get artistic work with any copyrighted character.
